Built to be understandable, inspectable, and appropriately limited.
PayStubCheck documents and research are designed around clear scope, limited retention, source transparency, and explicit limits on what a generated record can establish.
1 · Enter
You enter the information needed for the document
Document forms may include names, addresses, employer or payer details, income figures, withholding selections, and other information needed for the document you choose. Browser-side previews let you review that information before submission.
2 · Calculate
Supported totals are calculated for the requested document
The service uses the information you provide to calculate or organize the document. Final supported paystub calculations are rechecked by server-side logic rather than relying only on values shown in the browser preview.
3 · Deliver
Temporary server records support delivery
Paid checkout payloads may be kept temporarily in server-side storage so the purchased PDF can be generated and delivered. Free paystub submissions generate a PDF that can be sent to the email address supplied by the user.
4 · Expire
Detailed payroll entries are not a permanent profile database
PayStubCheck does not maintain a permanent database of detailed payroll, employment, or tax-form entries from ordinary document creation. Generated PDFs are not intended to be stored long-term on PayStubCheck servers.
Security
Abuse signals are separated from document contents
The free generator can process an opaque browser identifier and pseudonymous identifiers derived from request signals to enforce usage limits and investigate abuse. Security event records exclude detailed payroll entries and are configured to expire after a limited period.
Choice
Marketing consent is separate
Transactional delivery does not automatically mean consent to marketing. Optional marketing messages are tied to affirmative consent, and users can unsubscribe or request removal. Deletion requests can be sent to support@paystubcheck.com.
