Free embeddable recipient tools

Put useful payroll checks directly on your website

Embed a PayStubCheck gross-to-net math checker or income annualizer on landlord, property-management, dealership, accounting, bookkeeping, HR, or small-business resource pages. The widgets are designed for simple recipient questions, run their payroll arithmetic in the browser, and link visitors to the full PayStubCheck tools when they need deeper review.

Distribution, not duplicated payroll logic

One tested calculation source, multiple useful entry points

The embedded tools reuse the same browser calculation modules used by PayStubCheck's public Pay Stub Calculation Checker and Income Annualizer. The widget layer does not maintain a separate gross-to-net formula or annualization engine. That keeps the public tools, embeds, tests, and methodology aligned as the product evolves.

Widget 01 · Pay stub arithmetic

Embeddable Pay Stub Math Checker

Give visitors a focused gross-to-net reconciliation without asking them to upload a document or enter identity information. The widget checks whether gross pay minus taxes and deductions plus net additions matches the reported net pay. It intentionally does not claim that a pay stub is valid, authentic, or verified.

Copy-and-paste iframe

Pay Stub Math Checker embed code

Designed for a content column of roughly 360–560 pixels. Use 100% width so it adapts to the publisher's layout.

<iframe src="https://www.paystubcheck.com/embed/paystub-checker/" title="PayStubCheck Pay Stub Math Checker" width="100%" height="650" loading="lazy" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" style="border:0;border-radius:16px;max-width:560px;" ></iframe>
USD, CAD, and other-currency arithmetic are supported.
The embedded version is intentionally the fast arithmetic check. Deeper statutory and multi-stub workflows remain in the full checker.
PayStubCheck attribution and the link to the full checker must remain visible.
Widget 02 · Income normalization

Embeddable Income Annualizer

Convert a weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly, or custom pay-period gross amount into monthly and annualized gross equivalents. The wording deliberately says annualized gross equivalent rather than verified annual income, and the widget asks whether the amount represents normal recurring pay.

Copy-and-paste iframe

Income Annualizer embed code

Useful on income-documentation guides, leasing resources, dealership training pages, and bookkeeping or payroll education sites.

<iframe src="https://www.paystubcheck.com/embed/income-annualizer/" title="PayStubCheck Income Annualizer" width="100%" height="565" loading="lazy" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" style="border:0;border-radius:16px;max-width:560px;" ></iframe>
Uses the same standard frequency factors as the full PayStubCheck Annualizer.
Supports a custom number of pay periods for atypical payroll calendars.
Irregular pay is labeled as a scenario instead of being presented as recurring annual income.

Keep the context clear

Describe the checker as a calculation or normalization tool. Do not relabel its result as employment verification, income verification, fraud detection, document authentication, approval, or qualification.

Keep attribution visible

The built-in “Powered by PayStubCheck” attribution is part of the official widget. It gives users a path to the full tool, current methodology, limitations, and source coverage.

Use the official iframe URL

Embedding the PayStubCheck-hosted surface keeps the calculation code current. Publishers should not copy the internal JavaScript or present modified versions as official PayStubCheck calculations.

Official widget use

PayStubCheck permits embedding of the two official widget URLs published on this page for informational use, subject to the site's Terms and Acceptable Use requirements.

  • Do not remove, obscure, or imitate the PayStubCheck attribution.
  • Do not use the widgets to imply PayStubCheck approved, denied, verified, authenticated, or certified a person, employer, income amount, or document.
  • Do not alter the iframe content, intercept visitor-entered payroll values, or represent a modified calculator as an official PayStubCheck widget.
  • If your website or CMS does not permit iframes, link directly to the full Pay Stub Calculation Checker or Income Annualizer.

Why embed a pay stub calculator?

A focused calculator can answer a recipient's immediate question without forcing them through a general payroll article or a document-generation workflow. Property-management resources can explain gross-to-net relationships, dealerships can provide income-documentation education, and bookkeeping sites can give clients a quick arithmetic check while preserving a clear distinction between calculation consistency and verification.

For PayStubCheck, embeds are primarily a distribution and trust mechanism. They can create referral traffic and brand familiarity even when an iframe itself does not create a conventional search backlink.

Why the widgets stay intentionally narrow

The full Pay Stub Calculation Checker includes Detailed Review, evidence-sufficiency controls, statutory source metadata, and multi-stub continuity. Those workflows need more context than a compact embed can responsibly collect. The official widget therefore exposes the universally understandable arithmetic layer and links to the full checker for deeper analysis.

The Annualizer follows the same principle: normalize the amount the visitor provides, disclose the frequency assumption, and avoid turning a simple multiplication into an unsupported claim about actual annual income.
