Our commitment: We preview every document before payment. You only pay when you're satisfied with the preview.
No-Hassle Refund Circumstances
Because you preview your document before paying and payment confirms your approval of the document layout, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will issue a full refund if:
- Your document was not delivered (email not received and download failed) within 24 hours of payment
- A technical error caused your document to generate with incorrect data that was not visible in the preview
- You were charged more than once for the same document
Not Eligible for Refund
- Dissatisfaction with the document design or layout (previewed before purchase)
- Incorrect information entered in the form by the user
- Change of mind after purchase
- Documents intended for fraudulent use (forfeited without refund)
How to Request a Refund
Email support@paystubcheck.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order/session ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address used for purchase
- A brief description of the issue
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
