Refund Policy

Our commitment: We preview every document before payment. You only pay when you're satisfied with the preview.

No-Hassle Refund Circumstances

Because you preview your document before paying and payment confirms your approval of the document layout, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will issue a full refund if:

  • Your document was not delivered (email not received and download failed) within 24 hours of payment
  • A technical error caused your document to generate with incorrect data that was not visible in the preview
  • You were charged more than once for the same document

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Dissatisfaction with the document design or layout (previewed before purchase)
  • Incorrect information entered in the form by the user
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Documents intended for fraudulent use (forfeited without refund)

How to Request a Refund

Email support@paystubcheck.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your order/session ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
